Perhaps one of our most unique features is our R2E (refer to earn) model, which we run with our strategic partners. Our members have an option to build an additional income stream through our ‘Ambassador Referral Program’, a comprehensive community building system. Our community is built by our members, and so we recognise and reward our members for doing just this.

One of House 44’s core values is to provide the best utilities to our community, both offline (real world) and online (digital). In order to do so, we have formed strategic partnerships with other institutions to leverage the best of both worlds.

House 44 is a platform enabling creative collaborations amongst our members. We have formed strategic partnerships with a number of leading brands around the world. This includes creating a limited edition, BAYC (Bored Ape) inspired toy collection with ToyQube, a company based out of NYC, pioneering in the collectible toy scene since 2004.


Although we have already established many key physical assets for our members to enjoy and leverage, our focus going forward is to continue building real-world utilities for our members. This includes both physical and digital assets, as well as House 44’s position as a global community brand. Through this unique hybrid offering, we aim to become a powerhouse in the community space in Asia and beyond.

Roland Li

One of the Li brothers, Roland is
co-founder of House 44. Graduating from the University College London (UCL) with a Masters in Engineering and Business Finance, he is an experienced management executive and has achieved success throughout his corporate career, winning many awards in MNCs spanning across multiple geographies. He is also a serial entrepreneur, crypto & NFT enthusiast, investor, business mentor, and motivational speaker.


Felix Li

The other Li brother, Felix is co-founder of House 44. Originally trained as an architect in the The University of Hong Kong, he continued his corporate journey in London and Hong Kong. With a decade of management experience under his belt, he is also a wonderful father and business mentor and influencer to many aspiring entrepreneurs.


Wayne Au

Wayne graduated from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food and Nutritional Science, and continued his studies in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2011. He has almost two decades of corporate experience working in large MNCs in the supply chain and IT industries.


Sam Wong

A digital marketing veteran with over 15 years of experience building start ups in the ad tech field, Sam graduated from the University College London (UCL) with a Bachelor of Science degree in SCORE (Statistics Computing Operation Research Economics). Sam is also an expert in leading digital transformation, recently for a media corporation in Hong Kong owned by Alibaba. Outside of his corporate career, he is a growth hacker and an avid investor, with a portfolio ranging from stocks to NFTs.


Brian Yam

With a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Brian rose through the corporate rank to become a business strategy powerhouse to a Fortune 500 CEO.

Brian is also a renowned wine & spirit connoisseur with an Advanced Whisky Ambassador and WSET level 4 qualification. He has founded four thriving companies specializing in whisky education, global wine trade, whisky cask investment and bar management.

With his unparalleled expertise, Brian is a highly sought-after guest to global whisky events like Macallan Gala and the Artaverse Speaker Panel, where he inspires others with his “spirit of success”.


Eddison Leung

With a successful career spanning since 2007 in the dynamic wine industry of Hong Kong, Eddison possesses comprehensive expertise in effectively managing and growing wine businesses. His profound understanding of the intricacies involved in running a wine company has allowed him to drive better distribution strategies and successfully implement wine brands in the market.

Eddison grew up in France and this is where he developed his passion for wine. He is fluent in French and has amassed an impressive resume, including being a WSET Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommelier, a Member of The Commanderie du Bontemps Bordeaux, a Member of The Jurade de Saint-Emilion, and a Member of The Chevalier Confrérie du Tastevin of Bourgogne.


LH Fung

Originally set on a pathway for banking, LH's career path took an interesting turn when he first step foot inside the bar scene. A university student at the time, LH has had a profound understanding of flavour since a young age, attributed to the experiences with cuisine developed by his father, further grown by his inquisitive nature. During the course of his university studies, LH worked full-time as management for well known bars, developing their clientele and furthering their growth.

Now a co-founder of Apothecary, LH is the father of the Apothecary concept, a visionary with an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Well versed in liquid methodology, LH assists the curation of cocktails through his combined understanding of science and his refined palate.


Kevin Tam

Kevin grew up in Vancouver, B.C., and graduated from the University of British Columbia. Known for his diverse entrepreneurial experience in restaurants, finance, water technology, and even yacht chartering, it’s no wonder Kevin’s natural networking ability brings additional utilities and resources to House 44.

Besides amassing an impressive CV in the world of business, Kevin is also a member of the Mensa Community, and brings with him an array of interesting talents such as being a teacher for speedcubing.


Vinod Panjabi

With a passion for bringing and creating premium craft beer in Hong Kong, Vinod is the founder of Brews Over Borders, his own company specializing in exporting and importing craft beers. He is also part of the team at Moonzen Brewery, a premium local brewery in Hong Kong that creates some of the best craft beers in Asia.

With his speciality in advertising and as an entrepreneur for many years, Vinod is an excellent business mentor for the House 44 community. And you can bet there is always an endless flow of passionately crafted beer when he’s around! 


Jonathan Luk

Graduating from The University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Administration in Sociology, Jon returned to Hong Kong and led a successful career as an experienced recruiter in the IT sector.

However, his biggest success lies outside of his corporate life. He was signed by a global record label as a young singing prodigy, and although he never debuted as a professional artist, he holds a record in Asia for being the singer of the highest selling single NFT, racking up sales of over US$300,000 in 2021 and 2022.

Kane Cheung

Learning about wealth creation at an early age, Kane began his first investments as a 20 year old. In 2016, he discovered the world of DeFi and started trading cryptocurrencies, making his ‘first pot of gold’ during the 2017 bull run.

Continuing his journey in digital assets, Kane shifted his focus on non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in 2019 and bought his first NFT in 2020 (Bored Ape Yacht Club), and from there, grew an impressive collection including BAYC, MAYC, Clone X, Cool Cats, etc. He is also the co-founder of Hong Kong’s very own NFT project, Meowdel and is now an active advisor for the House 44 community.

Josefin Cheung

Josefin is based in London and represents House 44's Europe chapter.  

Born and raised in Sweden, with a Hong Kong family background, Josefin is a true global citizen. Having studied and lived on three continents, she speaks fluent English, Swedish, Cantonese and Mandarin. Catching the entrepreneurial bug at an early age, she created her own accessories brand, where she collaborated with Hong Kong singers and celebrities, and Swedish entrepreneurs/influencers carry her products on red carpets in Sweden and during Balmain Paris fashion week.

Josefin now runs her own real estate business in London, and is responsible for the expansion of House 44 in Europe.

Singapore Partner

Kin Lok

Kin is based in Singapore and represents House 44's Southeast Asia chapter.

Originally from Malaysia, Kin moved to Singapore at a young age and is a veteran in the construction industry, with over a decade of experience. However, his growing passion for health and fitness ultimately led him to leave his comfort zone and he became a personal trainer in the fitness circuit.

With now over 15 years of helping his clients reach their fitness goals, Kin leads House 44's expansion initiatives in Southeast Asia.
